These terms govern your use of NewLiquorLicenses, a service that aggregates publicly available liquor and alcohol license records from U.S. state Alcohol Beverage Control authorities and delivers them as periodic data files.

Data source and accuracy

All records originate from official state government sources. We normalize and reformat that data but do not warrant its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Government sources change formats, cadences, and availability without notice. Use the data at your own risk and verify anything material before acting on it.

Acceptable use

You may use the data for lawful business purposes including sales, marketing, research, and compliance. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, email, and privacy regulations, when contacting businesses.

No resale

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not resell or redistribute the delivered data as a competing dataset or feed.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
